First Meeting: Communication....You tell me what you're looking for, as in function, style, size, type of wood and finish.

Second Meeting: Feedback... I'll present a pencil drawing based on the information gathered at our first meeting and we can go over it together to ensure it meets your requirements. At this meeting we can also discuss all the various options available to you, for instance style of hardware, type of drawer bottoms, etc. I will be glad to revise drawings as needed.

(These meetings may be in person or by phone or e-mail)

Then: Work on your custom project will be scheduled upon receipt of the approved drawings and proposal. A deposit in the amount indicated in the proposal will be required at this time. Orders are filled in as timely a fashion as possible and you will be quoted an anticipated time of completion. Shipping is provided at an additional cost.
